            Rules & Regulations

            • ALL EVENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, EVEN UP TO THE LAST MINUTE!
            • OPEN PIT IS NOT GUARANTEED FOR CERTAIN RACE EVENTS! WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE.
            • No Dirt Bikes or 3 Wheelers
            • NO DOGS OR PETS...OF ANY KIND OR SIZE
            • Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied at the event by an adult and wear a helmet while riding ATV's
            • All golf carts or related type buggies will be considered ATV's and must stay in the designated area.
            • No glass containers, Pets, weapons, underage drinking, fighting, reckless driving, dumping of hazardous material (oil or gas), or littering
            • No food or beverages allowed in the bogging area.
            • No one will be allowed to ride on the outside of any vehicle at any time. Children will be allowed to participate ONLY after the
              parent or guardian signs a release of liability form. The management has the right to deem any child to be too young or unsafe
              and will not be allowed to participate.
            • The management has the right to refuse entry to anyone and also has the right to remove any unruly participant.
            • If any laws are broken, sheriff deputy's are on site and will issue citations as needed with the possibility of arrest if deemed appropriate.

            Drinking & Driving Laws

            Per Florida State Statute 316.1936 it is unlawful and punishable for any person to possess an open container of an alcoholic beverage or consume an alcoholic beverage while operating a vehicle in the state (to include private property, not just roads or highways) or while a passenger in or on a vehicle being operated in this state. This statute also includes while driving or riding on an ATV.

            ALSO


            Per Florida State Statute 316.193 it is unlawful and punishable for any person who is driving or in physical control of a vehicle within this state (to include private property, not just roads or highways) and that person is under the influence of alcoholic beverages, any chemical substance set forth in Florida State Statute 877.111, or any substance controlled under Florida State Statute 893, when affected to the extent that the persons normal faculties are impaired. This statute also includes while driving an ATV.


            These two criminal offenses will be enforced while being on Hog Waller Property. If you are caught violating these two statutes you will be subject to law enforcement action, either by a uniformed traffic situation and/or arrest. If you are caught violating these two statutes on Hog Waller Property, you may be asked and/or forced to leave the premises by the owners.
